摘要 汶瑞机械(山东)有限公司借鉴碱回收苛化工段已成熟运行的白泥洗涤和白液过滤设备的工艺技术和生产经验,结合消化吸收国外白泥盘式过滤机的先进技术,自主研发了BPG白泥盘式过滤机。本文介绍了BPG白泥盘式过滤机设备特点、工作原理、结构及其在某厂的应用。以关键部件的研究、开发为重点,攻克了过滤单元、新型分配阀、预挂连续更新系统等关键技术。该白泥过滤机在国内某厂投入运行后,得到了良好的洗涤效果。 Based on full-known experience and technologies and combined with absorbed and digested advance technologies from domestic and abroad in existing successfully operated lime mud washing & white liquor ifltering equipment in alkali recovery plants, BPG lime mud disc iflter was independently researched&developed by Wenri Machinery (Shandong) Co., Ltd. In this paper was introduced BPG lime mud disc filter, including equipment characteristics, operation principle, structure, as well as its application in a paper mill. Focused on the research & development of the key parts, the key technologies regarding ifltering unit, new distribution valve, continuous precoat replacement system, etc. were successfully overcome. Putting into operation in a paper mill domestic proved a very good washing performance.
