摘要
为了探讨超声波技术在制浆脱木素过程中的应用效果,选择原料碱木质素在原料预处理与乙酰化处理后,进行超声波处理。结果表明,超声波作用于碱木质素,可以有利于原料碱木质素、粗碱木质素与精制碱木质素的纯化。同时碱木质素仍能较好地在碱性溶液和二氧六环水溶液中溶解,但与未处理木质素相比,溶解速度变慢。据此得出的结论是超声波技术在制浆脱木素过程中的应用使得碱木质素的分子量增加,有利于制浆造纸工艺的优化。
In order to study the effect of ultrasonic treatment on delignification in pulping, the ultrasonic treatment to alkaline lignin in selected materials was carried out after material pretreatment and acetylation. The results show that the ultrasonic treatment can be active to puriifcation of alkaline lignin in material, coarse alkaline lignin and refined alkaline lignin, which can dissolve easily in alkaline solutions and dioxane solution, but the dissolving rate gets slower than untreated lignin. It concluded that the application of ultrasonic technology makes the molecular weight of alkaline lignin get bigger, which can be positive to the optimum of pulping and papermaking process.
