稀土壳糖胺对泌乳奶牛血液生理生化指标及脂类代谢的影响 被引量:1

Effects of feeding rare earth-chitosan chelate on blood physiological and biochemical parameters and lipid metabolism in lactating dairy cows

摘要 为了研究稀土壳糖胺对泌乳奶牛血液生理生化及脂类代谢指标的影响,选用60头,泌乳日龄(129±5)d,产奶量(33.2±5.1)kg/d的健康中国荷斯坦奶牛,根据年龄、体质量、胎次、泌乳量相同或相近的原则随机分成4组,每组15头,分别在基础饲粮中添加0、0.15%、0.75%和1.50%稀土壳糖胺(精料干物质基础).试验期70d,其中预饲期10d,正试期60d.结果表明:0.15%组泌乳奶牛血液中红细胞平均体积、红细胞平均血红蛋白显著高于对照组和其他处理组(P<0.05);与0.75%、1.5%组相比,0.15%组奶牛血液中白细胞计数、血小板计数及血小板压积显著提高(P<0.05);饲粮添加不同比例稀土壳糖胺对泌乳奶牛血液中红细胞计数、红细胞压积、淋巴细胞绝对值、中性粒细胞绝对值及中间细胞数目均没有显著影响(P>0.05);与对照组相比,0.75%组泌乳奶牛血中TC和LDL-C含量显著增加(P<0.01);随稀土壳糖胺添加剂量的升高,TG含量逐渐降低(P>0.05),但对HDL-C含量无显著影响(P>0.05).由此得出,饲粮中添加稀土壳糖胺能够改善奶牛血液基础代谢水平,促进脂类代谢,建议添加比例为0.15%. This study examined the effects of different proportion of rare earth-chitosan chelateon on blood biochemical parameters and lipid indicators in lactating Chinese Holstein dairy cows.Sixty lactating cows (lactation days (129±5)d;average milk yield (33.2±5.1)kg/d)were divided into 4 proup based on lactation days,body weight,and similar parity and milk yield.Dietary treatments were 4 adding levels of&amp;nbsp;RECC (rare earth-chitosan chelate):0 (control),0.15%,0.75%,and 1.5%,respectively.The results showed as follows:the mean corpuscular hemoglobin and mean corpuscular volume were significantly (P〈0.05)affected of the entire hematological indices measured in the 0.15% RECC group compared with con-trol and other groups.Feeding 0.75% or 1.5% RECC resulted in lower white blood cell count and hemo-globin compared with 0.15% RECC group (P〈0.01).0.15% RECC-added in animals thrombocytocrit and platelet were higher than control and 0.75% group (P〈0.03).No significant difference in the serum hem-atocrit,intermediate cell,amylase,alkaline phosphatase and blood urea nitrogen were detected among groups (P〉0.23).Compared with control group,TG and LDL-C were significantly increased in 0.75%RECC-added group.TG content decreased with the increasing of RECC (P〉0.05 ),while the different counts did not follow a particular trend (P〉0.05),and there was no significant difference in the HDL-C(P〉0.05)among treatments.Therefore,the basal metabolism of blood and lipid metabolism could improve with RECC-added in this study,and further confirmed the suggesting level of RECC adding in dairy cow di-et could be 0.15%.
