摘要
建立了Sandia频移式(SFS)孤岛检测的数学分析模型,并给出频移系数的优化过程及优化孤岛检测算法中的解析依据,得出特定负载下孤岛无检测盲区(NDZ)频移系数的取值范围。提出了一种实用的孤岛NDZ描述方法,可反映各个电气参量对NDZ的影响。最后根据IEEE Std,929-2000的规定,建立了仿真模型和实验平台,仿真和实验结果均表明所提SFS孤岛检测的参数设计能快速有效地进行孤岛保护,且对电网无污染。
This paper develops a mathematical analysis model of Sandia frequency shift(SFS) method of islanding detection and proposes a new methodology to optimize the frequency shift parameter with analysis proof in optimal process.The value scope of frequency shift parameter is obtained with no non-detection zone(NDZ) under the specific load.A NDZ mapping method is presented to map the NDZ influenced by each electrical parameter.Simulation model and experimental platform are carried out according to IEEE Std.929-2000,both simulation and experimental results show that the proposed parameter design of SFS method can achieve islanding protection quickly and effectively,and pollution-free to the power grid.
