摘要
功率开关器件的高速开关动作所引起的电压和电流瞬变给电力电子带来严重的电磁干扰(EMI)问题。以氢闸流管栅极触发电路为研究对象,对电磁脉冲(EMP)的传导干扰给触发电路带来的影响进行了研究,建立了共地耦合干扰模型,并在重复EMP环境下进行实验。通过传导干扰的模型分析和对重复频率环境下氢闸流管输出的实验测量,初步证实了重复EMP环境下的传导干扰存在累积效应。
The transient changes of voltage and current caused by power switching device of high-speed switching bring serious electromagnetic interference(EMI) problems.A common ground coupling interference model in view of electromagnetic pulse(EMP),taking the hydrogen thyristor trigger circuit as research object,is carried out to research the effects of trigger circuit caused by conducted interference of EMP under the condition of mutual ground.Experiments are carried out under the EMP environment.Through the model analysis of the conducted interference and the experimental measurement of hydrogen thyristor output under repetitive frequency environment,the existence of conducted interference accumulation effect can be preliminary confirmed under repetitive EMP environment.
