摘要
为了准确预估发动机控制器ECU中的功率MOSFET管的温升情况,建立了一个针对工作于PWM脉宽调制方式下的功率MOSFET管的峰值节点温升预测简化模型,基于功率管的DATASHEET参数,模型可以快速地对工作于PWM调制方式下的功率管峰值节点工作温度做出精确预测.通过试验测量的温升结果和模型的预测温升结果的对比,验证了模型的温升预测精度,对温升的预测最大误差不超过2.3%.虽然温度预测模型是基于柴油机电磁阀驱动电路,但预测模型可以很容易地扩展到其他的功率驱动电路拓扑结构.
A simple peak junction working temperature predicting model on the pulse width modulation working condition was established in order to accurately estimate the temperature rise of power MOSFET within engine controller. The model can make an accurate prediction of the peak junction temperature under pulse width modulation operation based on the components DATASHEET parameter. The measured temperature-rise results with experiments were provided to verify the model prediction accuracy. The pre- diction results match the experiment results very well and the maximum error is less than 2.3 %. Although temperature prediction is based on the solenoid valve drive circuit, the analysis results can be easily extended to other power device drive circuitry topology.
