English courses are an essential part of the syllabus of the specialty of hotel management in vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the importance and basic rules of reforming the syllabus and teaching methods of English courses for hotel management majors in vocational colleges, aims to optimize the syllabus of English courses and construct the syllabus resources, and suggests innovative ways of teaching English to hotel management majors.
