The teaching administration staff is the core foundation of developing and implementing the teach- ing work of independent colleges, and it is also a key factor to improve the quality of teaching in independent colleges. Based on the theory of study--oriented organization and the analysis of the status, this paper dis- cusses the significance and the best way to build up the ranks of study--oriented teaching administration staff in independent colleges, so as to provide some suggestions for the healthy development of independent colleges.
