摘要
【目的】掌握欧洲稠李的抗寒性。【方法】以欧洲稠李一年生不同发育程度的越冬休眠枝条为试材,通过人工模拟低温胁迫处理后测定其电解质渗出率,将电解质渗出率和Logistic方程进行拟合分析求算半致死温度(LT50),测定各类型枝条可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和水培后的枝条萌芽率,最后进行主成分分析,综合评判各指标和抗寒性之间的关系。【结果】随着低温胁迫程度的加剧,枝条电解质渗出率、可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量明显升高,丙二醛含量和水培后的枝条萌芽率降低。【结论】野生欧洲稠李休眠枝条半致死温度在-32.3^-35.6℃,不同发育程度枝条的抗寒顺序依次为中等枝>粗枝条>细枝。
[Objective] In order to know the cold resistance ability of Padus.Avium Mill..[Method] Dormant branches from wild Padus.Avium Mill of different annual growth degrees for were used as the test materials to study the leakage ratio of electrolyte,the soluble sugars content,the proline content,the MDA content and the germination rate of dormant branches under different low-temperatures treatments,and then the semi lethal temperature(LTs0) was obtained on the basis of conductivity and logistic equation,finally,comprehensive evaluation on of cold resistance for the relationship between cold resistance indexes and cold resistance was given carried out based on principle component analysis.[Result] Results showed that the electrolyte conductivity,soluble sugar content and the proline content were increased along with the decreasing temperature but the MDA content and the germination rate were decreased.[Conclusion]The LT50 of wild Padus.Avium Mill ranged from-32.3℃ to-35.6℃ and the order of cold resistance ability of different annual growth degree of dormant branches was:middle branch 〉 thickset branch 〉 thin branch.
