摘要
上隅角瓦斯为"U"型通风采煤工作面的治理难点,本文采用高位钻场钻孔抽采瓦斯技术,抽放采空区冒落带及裂隙带瓦斯,进而使采空区气流场分布变化,解决因采空区瓦斯涌出引起的上隅角和回风流瓦斯超限问题。通过对工作面回采期间瓦斯防治难点进行分析,制定了高位钻场瓦斯抽采方案,对应用效果进行分析比较,使工作面瓦斯抽采率在75%~90%之间,回风流瓦斯浓度控制在0.2%~0.5%之间,为该矿的安全生产和瓦斯治理提供了理论支持和技术保障。
Gas at the upper corner is difficult to deal with for mining face with U-shaped ventilation.The paper proposes the technology of drilling at high-level drilling field to suction the gas in caving zone and fracture zone in goaf,changing the flow field distribution,which has solved the problem of gas overrun at the upper corner and in return current.By analysis of the gas control difficulties,it also presents the gas drainage scheme,which achieves the gas drainage rate of 75%to 90%,confines the gas concentration within 0.2%to 0.5%and provides theoretical and technical support for safety production and gas control.
