摘要
随着工程技术的成熟,煤层注水防治煤与瓦斯突出、防治冲击矿压和降低井下粉尘浓度等方面得到越来越广泛的应用;但由于煤的表面张力较大,以及煤的透水性能差等原因,煤体很难得到均匀润湿,在水中加入添加剂以改善水对煤体的润湿效果一直得到较为广泛的应用。从众多的添加剂中选择一种润湿能力强,润湿效果好的添加剂尤为重要,而寻求一种能快速测定添加剂润湿性能的方法有重要意义。在常温常压下,将粉煤装入量管中,将量管与添加剂溶液接触、记录量管中被润湿的粉煤的高度,利用该方法来考察添加剂在常温常压下润湿煤体的能力,是一种简便快捷、能迅速优选出润湿性能较强的添加剂的方法。
Coal seam water injection is widely used to prevent coal and gas outburst,rock burst and reduce dust density in coal mines.Due to the high surface tension of coal seam and poor permeability,the coal body is difficult to be well-proportioned wetted,so additives are often used to improve its wettability.It is very important to choose one additive with strong wettability from so many alternatives.The paper introduces a simple and quick method for testing wettability of coal seam water injection additives,in which powder coal is placed into buret with additives solution under normal temperature and pressure to examine the wettability by recording the scale of wetted powder coal.
