摘要
霍州煤电白龙洗煤厂生产系统设备未使用变频器,洗选设备易出现过载或负荷不足的现象,严重影响选煤厂的经济效益。对此,选煤厂针对生产各个系统的不同特点,添加配套的变频器,增强生产设备对不同煤质的适应性,满足了选煤生产整体工艺的要求,提高了整个生产系统的可靠性。
Without frequency converter in equipments of production system,there is overload or underload in washing and preparation equipment,which has seriously influenced the economic benefits.Aiming at the different characteristics of different production system,the author proposes adding matching frequency converter to improve the adaptability of production equipment to different coal quality,satisfy the demands on coal preparation technology and improve the reliability of the whole production system.
