摘要
为研究双横臂式悬挂对汽车的操纵稳定性的影响,论文应用机械系统动力学软件ADAMS,对双横臂式悬挂进行运动学模拟仿真分析,选取适当的硬点坐标作为优化变量,基于ADAMS/Insight模块,针对前轮定位参数的变化进行优化设计,根据仿真结果对悬架结构型式进行优化,使其达到更好的运动性能,最终到达改善其操纵稳定性的目的。
To research the handling stability of racing cars, the double wishbone front suspension of car is modeled and simulated based on the software ADAMS(Automatic Dynamics Analysis of Mechanical System) ; and the suspension struc- ture is modified. Aiming at the change of TOE, the proper hard points are selected to be the variables and optimization is re- alized based on ADAMS/Insight. The car's handling stability is improved greatly to help design the front suspension of car.
