人才流失一直是饭店业一个敏感话题 ,其造成的负面影响显而易见。如何留住人心 ,如何让员工满意 ,使员工忠诚 。
Personnel running out is always a sensitive topic. Its n egative influence is obvious. Therefore, how to satisfy employees and let employ ees be loyal to hotels is the main problem the article studies.
