摘要
通过对比实验,研究双氧水在催化剂条件下分解获得的瞬时高浓度活性氧和高锰酸钾溶液在打破种子休眠中的作用。实验结果表明,双氧水分解获得的瞬时活性氧可以积极地参与到种子内的代谢中,打破休眠,对新鲜种子的作用明显,但对陈年种子处理后萌发效果则弱于高锰酸钾溶液处理,可能源自过氧化氢对种子本身的毒害作用;而高锰酸钾溶液获得的瞬时活性氧更适用于陈旧种子。这些结论均对农业生产和家庭园艺栽培具有重要的意义。
Through contrast experiments, this paper studies hydrogen peroxide in catalyst decomposition to obtain the instantaneous high concentrations of active oxygen and Potassium Permanganate solution in breaking seed dor- mancy in action. The experimental results show that instantaneous reactive oxygen species hydrogen peroxide decom- position can be actively involved in the metabolism of seeds, breaking dormancy of seeds. However, the germina- tion of aged seed treatment effect is weaker than that of Potassium Permanganate solution treatment, which can exert toxic effect of hydrogen peroxide on the seed itself; while the instantaneous reactive oxygen Potassium Permanganate solution could be more suitable for old seeds. These conclusions have important significance to the agricultural pro- duction and the family gardening.
