On Scientific Instructors' Role in Science and Technology Clubs: Practice and Exploration of “IT Alliance”

论述了科技辅导在开展教育实践中应坚持的3点做法,同时提出科技辅导员要充分整合教学资源,坚持激发学生兴趣,坚持释疑解难,坚持以活动开路。最后指出科技辅导员应加强学习,不断提升专业素养,增强责任感和事业心。

This paper discusses three practices that scientific instructors should conduct in the education of science and technology and puts forward that they ought to fully integrate the teaching resources and persist in stimulating students＇ interests, solving difficulties and giving priority to activities. Finally, this paper proposes that scientific instructors should also strengthen their academic knowledge, continuously improve their professional qualities and enhance the sense of responsibility and entrepreneur spirit.
