施肥对华北落叶松生长及根系内保护酶活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验研究了不同施肥处理对华北落叶松生长与保护酶活性的影响规律,以期为其早春施肥和培育优质壮苗提供理论依据.结果表明:NPK处理4~6月份苗木高度分别比对照提高14.74%、18.53%、23.61%,两个处理之间差异显著,NK处理与对照之间无显著差异;5~6月份T4处理地径分别比对照提高25.82%、36.17%,差异显著,6月份纯N处理显著高于对照;SOD活性NPK处理处于最高值,4~6月份分别比对照提高73.72%、56.34%、48.85%,两个处理之间差异显著,5~6月NK处理显著高于对照;POD活性NPK处理最高,4~6月分别高于对照65.93%、77.29%、36.15%,两个处理之间差异显著,纯N和NK处理与对照之间无显著差异.综合分析认为,NPK混合施用对促进华北落叶松生长和提高保护酶活性效果最佳. The test studied law of effect of Larix principis--rupprechtii growing and root protective activity under differ- ent fertilization treatments and in order to provide a theoretical basis for early spring fertilization and cultivation of high-- quali- ty seedlings. The results showed that: NPK treatment seedling height higher than control 14.74%, 18.53 %, 23.61% and have significant differences in April to June, NK treatment was no significant difference with control; T4 treatment diameter higher than control 25.82% ,36.17% and have significant differences in May to June,N treatment significant higher than control in June; SOD activity NPK treatment highest and higher than control 73.72 %, 56.34 % ,48.85 %and then have significant differences in April to June, NK treatment significant higher than control; POD activity NPK treatment highest and higher than control 65.93 %, 77.29%, 36.15 % and then have significant differences in April to June, N and NK treatment have no significant difference with control. Comprehensive analysis that NPK mixed use to promote Larix principis-- rupprechtii growth and improve the protective activity best.
