植物抗逆剂蘸浆造林经济效益评价(Ⅳ)——投入产出分析

摘要 通过对异地试验跟踪调查,在药剂蘸浆造林成本核算、产值分析和药剂经济效益估算的基础上,利用投入产出分析方法,结合林木鼠(兔)害治理规律,对药剂蘸浆造林投入产出效益进行了研究。结果表明,用技术贡献率、投入产出比、投资收益率和投资回收期指标进行药剂蘸浆造林效益分析。产值贡献率NPA>RPA,油松>侧柏。经济效益贡献率,定植当年米脂和麟游县的NPA<RPA,宝塔区的NPA>RPA,定植3aNPA>RPA;油松<侧柏。统计投入产出比侧柏>油松,NPA>RPA>CK;效益投入产出CK>RPA>NPA,系数CK<RPA<NPA;定植当年油松<侧柏,定植3a油松>侧柏。投资收益率NPA>RPA,定植当年油松>侧柏,定植3a油松<侧柏。药剂处理投资回收期比对照明显缩短。 Dipping the seedling roots into slurry which contains the stress resistant chemical agents is an effective way in afforestation.In our previous studies,we carried out the cost accounting,output analysis,and benefits estimation of the chemical agents.In this paper,we examined the benefits of inputs and outputs. The results showed indices that could be used to analyze of inputs and outputs were technical contribution ratio,output to input ratio,rate of return,and payback period of investment.Technical contribution rates of total output value were NPA〉RPA,and Pinus tabulaeformisPlatycladus orientalis.Technical contribution rates of the total benefit in the first year in Mizhi County and Linyou County were NPA〈RPA,in Baota County were NPA〉RPA.In the third year,technical contribution rates of total benefit were NPA〉 RPA,and Pinus tabulaeformisPlayctadus orientalis.Statistical input to output ratio of Platyctadus orientalis was more than Pinustabulaeformis,and NPA〉RPA〉control.Input to output ratios of economic benefit were control〉RPA〉NPA,but their coefficients were control〈RPA〈NPA.In the first year,inputto output ratio of economic benefit was Pinus tabulaeformis〈Platyctadus orientalis,and in the third year,Pinus tabulaeformis〉Platyctadus orientalis.The rates of return on investment were NPA〉RPA.In the first year,the rate of return on investment of Pinus tabulaeformis was more than Platyctadus orientalis,in the third year,Platyctadus orientalis was more than Pinustabulaeformis.The recovery period of using chemical treatment was significantly shorter than the control.
