马尾松不同部位中黄酮含量的测定 被引量:11

摘要 对马尾松各部位(松树枝、花序、老树皮、松针)中总黄酮的含量进行了测定,并比较不同树龄(5年、10年、20年、25年)的马尾松松针中黄酮的含量,为更充分、合理的开发利用马尾松资源提供参考。采用热回流乙醇提取样品中的黄酮,并采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,510 nm波长下测定样品溶液的吸光度,进行总黄酮的含量测定。芦丁对照品在8~40μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系(R2=0.9998).结果表明,马尾松老松针中总黄酮含量高于其他部位,最高6.483%,老树皮中黄酮含量最少,20年左右树龄的马尾松松针黄酮含量最高,为提取黄酮的理想天然原料。 The content of total flavonoids in different parts(pine branches,inflorescence,mature old bark,pine needles) in pinus massoniana was determined,and the content of total flavonoids of the different ages(5 years,10 years,20 years,25 years) of masson pine needles was compared,in order to provide reference for rational development and utilization of pinus massoniana. Using hot refluxing ethanol extraction to extract flavonoids in the sample and using spectrophotometry with rutin as reference substance,the absorbance of the sample solution was determination under 510 nm wavelengths,for the content determination of total flavonoids. Results show that,rutin reference substance has good linear relationship in the 8 ~ 40 μg / mL( R2= 0. 9998). The total content of older pine needles in flavonoids pinus massoniana was higher than other parts,the highest total content of flavonoids was 6. 483% in,and old bark had the least flavonoid,the flavonoids content of 20 years old of masson pine needles is highest,which was the ideal natural raw material for extracting flavonoids.
