酸性高温高产气井完井工艺技术研究

摘要 中亚南约洛坦气田盐下气藏埋藏深、储层厚、温度高、气产量高、含酸性气体。针对气藏特点,通过优选完井工艺和完井管柱、配套作业设备以实现缩短完井周期、降低完井费用,确保快速、安全上产的目的。10口井的试油完井作业实践表明,该项完井工艺技术较好地实现了作业目的,并取得了良好的试油成果,单井平均试油完井周期21 d,单井平均测试获产150×104m3/d以上,初步实现了钻完井提速,标志着该地区天然气资源快速上产走出了第一步。 The gas reservoir under paste and salt layer in South Yoloten gas field of Turkmenistan has features of deep burial,thick reservoir bed,high temperature,high gas production and sour gas. According to these characteristics of the reservoir,a new completion technology suited for South Yoloten gas field was developed by optimizing completion technology,completion pipe string and supporting equipments to shorten completion period and decrease operation cost. The field application results in10 wells indicated that the developed completion technology could achieve the operation objective and obtain good test oil effect with average completion period of 21 days and more than150 × 104m3/d gas testing production for single well.
