榆37-2H国家储气库注采试验井钻井技术

摘要 地下储气库是在较深的地下利用一个完全封闭的构造体,在地面用泵送办法把天然气注入到这个构造中储存起来,在需求量大时,通过生产井把天然气采出到地面输送到用户。储气库是下游用户用气调峰、国家能源安全的重要保障,是促进集团公司天然气业务快速、安全、有序发展的重要途径。榆37-2H井是长庆油田储气库项目组部署的首口大井眼注采试验水平井,井身结构为四开制大井眼水平井,井眼轨迹穿过延长组、刘家沟组易漏地层和石千峰组、石盒子组等易垮塌地层,大井眼井的施工对钻井工具的选择、井壁稳定、井筒清洁、井眼轨迹控制、各层套管下入、固井完井等钻井工艺都提出了更高的要求,根据榆37-2H井地层可钻性差、浸泡周期长、钻具扭矩大、储层薄、地层不确定程度高的施工技术难点,通过井身结构和钻井液体系的优化、精心设计钻具结构以及有效的钻井技术,使该井顺利完工,为以后钻类似井提供了有益的借鉴。 The underground gas storage is a completely closed structure in deep formation,the natural gas is put into the structure to storing by pump. In great demand,storedup natural gas can be transported to users by production wells. Yu 37- 2 H well is the first injection- production test well with large hole which is deployed on gas storage by Changqing Oilfield. The well's trajectory gets through the leakage zone of Yanchang group and Liujiagou group,and collapse formation of Shiqianfeng group and Shihezi group. The operation of Yu 37- 2 H well has higher requirements to selection of drilling tool,borehole wall stability,borehole cleaning,well path control,casing running,well cementation and completion etc. According to the operation difficulties of Yu 37- 2 H well,such as poor formation drillability,long soak period,big drilling tool torque and thin reservoir etc.,the casing programme and drilling fluid system were optimized,drilling tool structure and effective drilling technology were designed,at last,Yu 37- 2 H well was successfully drilled.
