摘要
总结分析了川庆井下作业公司在四川盆地22井次、66段页岩气压裂改造中形成的经验和技术,将压裂改造中涉及的龙马溪、筇竹寺等页岩层系与北美几个重点页岩气区的压裂改造技术现状进行了对比,归纳总结了四川盆地页岩气水平井压裂改造中获得的经验。并对即将开展的丛式水平井组压裂改造进行了分析,提出了多口水平井压裂相对于单井而言作用机理和技术思路的区别。结合长宁H2、H3平台丛式水平井组压裂改造方案和"工厂化"施工模式的技术方案进行了剖析,旨在为四川盆地页岩气丛式水平井组的压裂改造提供新的技术思路和解决办法。
The experiences and technologies of shale gas fracturing operations gained from twenty- two wells in Sichuan basin were summarized and analyzed,and the fracturing technologies suited for Longmaxi and Qiongzhusi etc. shale gas reservoir were compared with the state of the art of shale gas fracturing technology in North America. And the differences of operation mechanism and technical approaches existent in cluster horizontal well fracturing and single horizontal well fracturing were put forward and analyzed. Combining with Changling H1,H2 cluster horizontal well group fracturing projects,the'factory'fracturing operation pattern was proposed and analyzed,which is aimed to supply new technical approaches and solutions for cluster horizontal well group fracturing in Sichuan shale gas reservoir.
