低渗透气藏防水锁剂FS研究及效果评价 被引量:14

STUDY AND EVALUATION OF ANTI- WATER BLOCKING AGENT USED IN LOW PERMEABILITY GAS RESERVOIR

摘要 研究了通过化学处理方法来预防水锁效应的可行性。降低钻井液滤液表面张力及将岩石表面由水湿转变为气湿可减轻水锁损害。通过岩心自吸实验、接触角实验、岩心流动实验分析了防水锁剂FS的防水锁性能。结果表明,防水锁剂FS有优良的防水锁损害效果。文中研究对低渗致密砂岩气藏的高效开发有重要意义。 In order to improve production effects of low permeability gas reservoir and prevent water blockage damage,some methods on preventing water blockage damage were discussed and a anti- water blocking agent FS was developed by optimization and mixed surfactants. The performances of FS anti- water blocking were studied by core imbibition experiment,contact angle test and core flow test. The results showed that the FS could slow up core self- priming function,had strong reverse wetting ability,good anti- water blocking effect,good high temperature stability and good compatibleness with formation fluid. The research achievements in the paper have important significance for the low- permeability reservoir development and provide a new idea for water block prevention in gas wells by chemical treatment.
