摘要
舵机是航天、航空领域中对飞行器进行姿态控制的核心执行机构。随着科学技术水平的不断提高,对其各项性能指标的检测提出了更高的要求。该文主要对舵机传动机构的非线性参数回差进行研究,设计了一套回差参数测试系统,实现了对舵机传动机构的检测。首先,介绍了该回差测试系统的原理及检测方案,接着,对系统的总体结构进行了设计,然后,以TMS320F2812为主控芯片设计了系统的硬件电路,主要包括各个模块的功能及系统的工作流程,最后,进行了参数测试系统的软件设计。实验结果表明,该系统能够满足测试要求,实现了对舵机传动机构的回差的自动化检测,具有成本低、效率高、可靠性强等特点,功能和指标都达到了设计要求。
Actuator is the main executive mechanism for the attitude control of aircraft in the aerospace industry and aviation field. With the further development of Science and technology,higher quality of product research and detection has been required. According to the test requirements,actuator nonlinear parameter testing system was designed to realize automatic detection for actuator transmission mechanism on the basis of the research in nonlinear measured parameter of backlash. Firstly,the principle and detection scheme of the system was presented. Then the overall structure of the system was designed. After that,the hardware circuit of the system was designed using TMS320F2812as main control chip. It mainly consists of the function of each module and the working process of the system. Finally,the software of the image acquisition system was presented. With the experimental verification,the system realises the automatic detection for nonlinear parameter and has advantages of low cost,high efficiency and strong resistance to interference. The functions and indexes achieved the design requirements.
