摘要
介绍了一种基于多信息融合的变步长磨机负荷动态寻优专家控制系统。采用动态寻优与模糊PID相结合的算法,实现对磨机负荷的自动控制,使球磨机能在动态运行状态下自动寻找最佳出力点,以减轻工人的工作量,提高矿厂磨矿过程的自动化水平,并达到节能减耗的目的。
This paper introduces a mill load dynamic optimization expert control system based on variable step size with multi-information fusion. Combination the dynamic optimization with fuzzy PID algorithm to achieve automatic control of the mill load,so that can automatically find the best output point of the ball mill in a dynamic running,in order to reduce the workload of workers,improve mines grinding process level of automation and achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
