基于需求方的农业保险实证调研分析

An Empirical Analysis on Demander-based Agricultural Insurance

以农业大省——湖南省为例,通过Logistic模型定量回归,对农业保险需求方农户利益的实现进行实证分析,研究发现:统保模式跨越了农户,违背了参与农业保险自主自愿的原则,这使得农户的利益难以实现。为此,提出了采用双到户模式和引入智能系统以实现农业保险需求方利益的路径。

Taking a big agricultural province Hunan Province as an example, by means of Logistic quantitative regression model, the paper conducts an empirical analysis on the realization of farmers＇ interests from the demander of agricultural insurance, and finds that the current blanket insurance model requires rigid uniformity and violates the principle of “independent and voluntary participation in agricultural insurance”, which makes it difficult to protect farmers＇ interests. Therefore. the oaoer oroooses the oath “adootinz a dual door-to-door model and introducing intelligence system to realize the demander＇s interests of agricultural insurance”.
