摘要
为静止同步补偿器设计了基于模糊集和自整定技术的PI控制器 .采用模糊规则使控制器适应电力系统参数和静止同步补偿器运行点的变化 ,采用了基于继电器调节的自整定方法来确定不同工作点上PI控制器的参数 ,并以此形成模糊控制规则集 .在清华大学± 10kvarSTATCOM动模装置上的物理实验证明本文的方法比固定参数的PI控制更有效 .
For the purpose of static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) control, an improved PI control method is developed based on fuzzy set and auto-tuning techniques. A fuzzy rule base is used to adapt the parameter varying characteristics of the power system and various operation points of STATCOM. The relay-based auto-tuning scheme is used to find out the appropriate PI gains with respect to a set of operating points and consequently to facilitate the establishment of the desired fuzzy rule base. To test this control strategy, experimental test on a real ±10kvar STATCOM developed in Tsinghua University has been performed. The results show that the proposed control strategy is much more effective than the fixed-parameter PI control.
