全光与遮荫栽培富贵竹植株室内加工技术研究

摘要 以全光和遮荫栽培3种株龄富贵竹植株为材料,研究植株3个部位枝段(11 cm长)对室内加工的影响。结果表明,全光和遮荫栽培植株3种株龄(或3个部位)间对枝段上切口平滑率、顶侧芽长和芽粗、生根率、单株根数、单株根长、根鲜重指标均呈显著或极显著差异;全光和遮荫栽培不同栽培方式对枝段的上切口平滑率、顶侧芽长和芽粗、生根率指标均呈显著或极显著差异。全光或遮荫栽培植株均可加工生产优质的出口产品,选用12个月株龄植株以下部枝段加工产品质量为最佳。 With three kinds of plant age of Dracaena sanderiana ‘Virens' cultivated in shading and full sunlight conditions as materials, effects of three kinds of plant age branches(length 11 cm)on its indoor processing technology were studied in this paper. The results showed that cut smooth rate, the length and diameter of terminal bud and lateral buds, rooting rate, root number per plant, root length per plant and root fresh weight of three kinds of plant age branches showed significant or extremely significant difference in the shading and full sunlight conditions. Cut smooth rate, the length and diameter of terminal bud and lateral buds, and rooting rate also had a remarkable or highly significant difference between all-optical cultivation and shading cultivation. The product quality was the best with the lower section of the plants grown 12 months.
