摘要
目的:从分子生物学角度探讨瑶宝克癌灵胶囊抗肿瘤的作用机理。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测S180荷瘤小鼠外周血白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的含量;采用免疫组化法检测凋亡相关基因突变型p53和Bcl-2基因的表达。结果:瑶宝克癌灵胶囊可明显增加小鼠外周血IL-2、IFN-γ的含量,可抑制突变型基因p53和Bcl-2基因的表达。结论:瑶宝克癌灵胶囊抗肿瘤的作用机制可能与增强荷瘤小鼠免疫功能,抑制突变型基因p53和Bcl-2基因的表达有关。
Objective: To explore anti-tumor mechanism of YaoBoo KeA iLing capsules with molecular biology. Methods: The contents ofinterleukin-2 (IL-2) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) were detected with double antibody sand- wich ELISA method; the expressions of Bcl-2 gene and p53 were measured by immunohistochemical method. Results: YaoBoo KeA iLing capsules could increase the contents of IL-2 and IFN-γ in peripheral blood of mice, inhibit the expressions of p53 and Bcl-2. Conclusion: Anti-tumor mechanism of YaoBao KeA iLing capsules might be relat- ed to increasing the immunity of the mice, inhibiting the expressions of p53 and Bcl-2.
