中医护理干预对2型糖尿病失眠患者血糖及睡眠质量指数的影响

Influence of TCM Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose and Sleep Quality Index of Insomnia Patients with Type Two Diabetes Mellitus

目的:观察中医护理干预对2型糖尿病失眠患者血糖及睡眠质量指数的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将2型糖尿病失眠住院患者125例分为2组,均予控制血糖和改善睡眠常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组62例予常规护理干预,观察组63例在对照组基础上配合中医护理干预,15天后观察2组患者睡眠改善情况及治疗前、后睡眠质量指数评分情况。结果:观察组总有效率为90.48%,明显高于对照组的75.81%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量指数评分为(6.47±1.30)分,明显低于对照组(8.46±1.35)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药沐足、足底按摩以及耳穴压豆等中医护理措施能促进2型糖尿病失眠患者脏腑阴阳平衡,在提高患者生活质量、改善睡眠障碍方面具有重要作用。

Objective： To investigate the influence of TCM nursing intervention on blood glucose and sleep quality index （SQI） of insomnia patients suffering from type two diabetes mellitus. Methods： All 125 patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method, they were administered with the treatment of controlling blood glucose and improving the sleep, besides, 62 cases of the control group accepted routine nursing intervention, 63 cases of the observation group were also given with TCM nursing, the improvements of the sleep in both groups, the scores of SQI before and after treating were observed in 15 days. Results： Total effective rate of the observation group was 90,48%, notably higher than 75.81% of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; SQI scores of the observation group was （6.47± 1.30）, remarkably lower than（8.46± 1.35） of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning （P^0.01）. Conclusion： TCM nursing including foot bathing in herbal decoction, foot massage and bean-pressing on ear acupoints could promote the balance of viscera and Yin-Yang of the patients, improve life quality and sleep disorder.
