摘要 详细叙述了旋毛虫种属的发现、鉴定及进化过程。同时对种属鉴定方法、系统发育、地理分布和分类结构进行了系统的回顾,特别阐述了分子生物学和分子遗传学对种属鉴定的贡献。随着科学技术的发展,旋毛虫种属现已扩大到9个种,3个分类地位尚不明确的基因型。因此,笔者提供了一些种属鉴定和进化关系的信息,明确分类法、诊断、系统分类、生物地理、生物历史、微观和宏观进化关系。从而为病原学、临床诊断、疾病的控制和预防奠定基础。 This paper described the discovery, identification and evolution of Trichinella species, and retrospects the species identyfication method, phylogenesis, geograhpic distribution and taxonomic structure of Trichinella, in particular explaining the contribution of molecular biology and molecular genetics on species identyfication. With the development of science and technology, there were nine species in Trichinella, and three unclear genotypes. Therefore, this paper provided some information of species identification and evolutionary relationships, clears and definite the relationships on the taxonomy, diagnostics, systematics, micro-and macroevolution, and the biogeographical and biohistorical reconstruction of the genus Trichinella, consequently laying the foundation of etiology, clinical diagnosis, disease control and prevention.
