摘要
采用试管法对4种菌草、3种辅料进行配方筛选优化。结果表明,最适菌草栽培银耳的配方是:类芦70%,高粱5%,麸皮24%,石灰1%。该配方银耳菌丝体生长速度最快,达1.067 cm/d;子实体出芽早,展片优于对照棉籽壳。
Researching the medium formula of Tremella cultivated by JUNCAO. Using test-tube method screened four kinds of JUNCAO and three auxiliary materials. The most suitable medium formula of Tremella cultivated by JUNCAO was： Neyraudia reynaudiana 70%, sorghum 5%, wheat bran 24%, lime 1%. Tremella mycelium grew fastest（1.067 cm/d）. Fruit body budded earlier. Exhibition was superior to the contrast.
