摘要
通过不同氮肥、有机肥用量对鱼腥草产量及品质影响的研究,为制定鱼腥草高产优质栽培措施提供依据;试验采用二次饱和D最优设计方法,测定了鱼腥草的产量及品质;通过试验,建立了鱼腥草产量、品质与其施氮量、有机肥用量间的数学模型;经模型解析与模拟寻优,获得鱼腥草茎叶产量≥8000 kg/hm2、根茎产量≥31000 kg/hm2、茎叶水浸出物含量≥16.60%、根茎蛋白质含量≥1.64%、根茎水溶性糖含量≥3.60%、根茎脂肪含量≥0.37%、根茎纤维素含量≤3.28%的优化栽培措施为:施氮量182.51~490.47 kg/hm2,有机肥施用量20678.46~49802.34 kg/hm2。在鱼腥草栽培中,合理的施用氮肥和有机肥,才有利于鱼腥草产量的提高和品质的改善。
The author studied effect on yield and quality of Houttuynia cordata by applying nitrogen and organic fertilizer in different dosage, which provided the basis for the cultivation measures to obtain high yields with fine qualities. Quadratic saturation D optimum design method was used to determine the yield and quality of Houttuynia cordata. Mathematical model was established based on the yield and quality of Houttuynia cordata by applying nitrogen and organic fertilizer in different dosage. Through model analysis and simulating optimization, when vine yield≥8000 kg/hm2, rhizome yield≥31000 kg/hm2, vine extract≥16.60%, protein contents of rhizome≥1.64%, soluble sugar of rhizome≥3.60%, fat contents of rhizome≥0.37%, cellulosic contents of rhizome≤3.28%, the optimization of cultivation measures was that the nitrogen application amount 182.51-490.47 kg/hm2and organic fertilizer application amount 20678.46-49802.34 kg/hm2. The reasonable application of nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer was beneficial for the improvement of its production and quality improvement in Houttuynia cordata cultivation.
