摘要
立体视觉系统的性能以及观察者的实际感受都受到参数变化的影响。研究表明 ,观察者能够感到三维效果而又不引起眼睛过度疲劳的空间区域的范围以及最小可察觉深度距离等都可由系统几何光学参数控制。通过调整系统的几何光学参数 ,可以调整系统的深度分辨率和有舒适感的立体视觉区域范围。在深度方向和 xy平面上的放大倍数不同还会引起三维图像的畸变。本文最后通过一个例子说明了调整系统参数来满足三维系统性能要求的基本设计方法。
An investigation into the performance features of stereoscopic systems and their relationships with various parameters is presented. It is shown that the extent of the region of space displayed in three dimensions without causing undue eye strain to the observer, and also the minimum detectable depth interval may be therefore controlled by the system′s geometrical and optical parameters. Display distortion in 3D images due to the difference between the depth magnification and the magnification of the xy plane is also discussed. Finally, it is demonstrated that the expressions defining the relationship between the performance of a 3D system and its various parameters form a useful basis for the design of a system of this type.
