摘要
首先通过收集来自世界经济论坛(WEF)公布的《全球竞争力报告》、OECD的主要科技指标数据库(MSTI)、世界知识产权组织(WIPO)公布的统计数据以及美国科技信息所(ISI)的基本科学指标数据库(ESI),利用二阶段数据包络分析法(DEA)分析10国的创新效率,接着利用结构方程模型(SEM)进行国家技术创新系统简化模型的实证分析,最后利用回归分析了影响研发目标的因素。
The paper collect statistics from the Global Competitiveness Report、 OECD＇s Main Science and Technology Indicators database（MSTI）、 World Intellectual Property Organization（WIPO） which announced by World Economic Forum（WEF）,and the basic science indicators database（ESI）. then, use two-stage data envelopment analysis（DEA） to analysis of innovation efficiency of 10 countries, use structural equation modeling（SEM） for empirical analysis of the national technological innovation system simplified model, and finally, developed using regression analysis for the impact target factor.
