Research on Evaluation Indicator System for Agricultural Informationization in Gansu ——Taking the Contribution Rate of Agricultural Informatization as an Example

建立甘肃省农业信息化评价指标体系是甘肃省农业信息标准化研究的一个方向,在评价体系建立的同时,将农业信息化贡献率纳入测评范围,并尝试利用PSO-LSSVR模型对体系中实施层指标数据即2003年-2011年甘肃省农业信息化对农业总产出贡献率进行预测优化,从而保证评价指标体系准确完整。

The establishment of evaluation indicator system of Gansu agricultural informatization is a direction to research the standardization of agriculture informatization in Gansu. Based on setting up the evaluation system, at the same time, it would include the contribution rate of agricultural informatization in the scope of assessment, and try to calculate and optimize the 2003-2011Gansu contribution rate of agricultural informatization by the PSO-LSSVR model, so as to ensure the full and accurate evaluation index system.
