基于用户需求的高校图书馆学科导航建设研究——以西安科技大学图书馆为例

Research on University Library' s Subject Guides Construction Based on User' s Demand ——Taking Xi'an University of Science and Technology as an Example

结合西安科技大学图书馆重点学科导航建设的实际情况,采取问卷调查的方式,对高校用户信息需求的实际情况及其对学科导航的认识和评价进行了定性调研,并提出了学科导航建设过程中应该注意的问题。基于用户需求的服务理念,旨在强调以一种方式设计学科导航并不适合所有用户,需要图书馆员与用户共同商量参与建设,通过评估用户的需求来创建更有用、更大使用率的导航,以促进高校信息资源的有效利用和教学科研的蓬勃发展。

According to the actual situation of Xian University of science and technology library＇ s the key subject guide, the fact of University users＇ information demands and their awareness of the subject guides are researched qualitatively by surveys, then it is proposed that librarian should pay attention to the problems of subject guides construction. Service concept based on users＇ demands in order to emphasize guides design is not suitable for everyone in a way. Librarians should discuss with the users to the construction and evaluate users＇ demands for subject guides construction which will be more usefll. Thus, subject guides construction could facilitate the effective use of information resources in universities and the vigorous development of the teaching and scientific research.
