摘要
图书馆超市化服务具有满足读者需求、提高馆员工作能力、增加读者认同度、开展多样化服务的特点。有与超市不同的开展导读、读者文明教育、文献资源共享的内涵。在实践图书馆超市化管理与服务中应注重提高馆员业务能力,防止两极分化现象,培养馆员从事阅览室图书的剔除工作,注意解决超市化服务中出现的问题。参考文献7。
The supermarket service library has to satisfy the readers' demand, improve the ability to work, librarian increasing reader identity, carry out the diversified services. There are different developing guidance to readers, education of culture, literature resource sharing from supermarkets. In the practice of supermarket management and services library should focus on improving the Librarians' professional ability, prevent the polarization phenomenon, train librarian in reading room library to engage elimination work, pay attention to solve the problems in the service of the supermarket.
