摘要
缺乏有效激励是学科馆员工作动力不足的重要原因。要调动学科馆员的工作积极性,需要建立科学合理的激励机制。笔者通过问卷调查,对得到的问卷数据进行因子分析,找出激励学科馆员的独特激励因素并作为激励机制设计的基础。
It leads to no good results that there is no effective incentive in the work of subject librarian. Scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism needs to be built to encourage subject librarians to work hard. This paper uses the method of factor analysis to find the unique factors of subject librarians through the questionnaire survey, which can be the basis for the design of incentive mechanism.
