浙江省以治水作为转型升级的最关键突破口,开展"治污水、防洪水、排涝水、保供水、抓节水"的"五水共治"战略部署.宁波市水文化遗产历史久远、内涵丰富、价值不凡,在治水工程建设中,宜采取建水文化类博物馆、开发水文化类人文景观、开展水文化体验活动等多种方法保护和利用好水文化遗产,推动水文化旅游、传承,发挥生态、文化、经济一体化效益.

The strategic development of water treatment is directed in Zhejiang,as the embodiment of sewage treatment, flood control,drainage,water supply and water saving,which is considered as the most crucial breakthrough of transformation and upgrading. The approaches in water treatment project are offered,such as the construction of water culture museum,the development of water culture landscape,the conduction of water culture experience to conserve and develop water culture heritage,to promote hydrological tourism,so as to promote the integrated benefit of ecology,culture,and economy.
