摘要
针对杭州市闲林水库面板堆石坝趾板、面板混凝土的开裂问题,以VF防裂剂的掺量为变量,对趾板、面板混凝土开展防裂试验研究,认为防裂剂掺量为10%最为合适,并据此确定防裂混凝土的施工配合比.混凝土的抗渗、抗冻等各项指标均满足本工程面板混凝土的强度要求,为趾板、面板混凝土的生产和施工提供可靠依据.
Cracking prevention experiment of the CFRD in Xianlin Reservoir is illustrated in the paper,specially on the plinth and panel,making the amount of VF crack agent as a variable. The constructing ratio of cracking prevention concrete is evaluated with the most appropriate anti cracking agent at 10% content,which comprehensively meets the strength requirements of concrete panels in impermeability and anti-freezing,providing a reliable principle for plinth and panel production and construction.
