浙江省开化县茶产业存在的问题和发展策略

Existing Problems and Development Strategy for the Tea Industry in Kaihua County,Zhejiang Province

浙江省开化县生态优势明显,茶叶的自然品质优异,多年来注重品牌建设,茶产业得到了快速发展。但在产业成长中的共性问题也日益显现,资源利用率低、名优茶成本趋高、机械化程度低、经营方式单一,龙头带动力不足、品牌运作意识弱、销售方式简单,产品附加值低等问题都应引起高度重视。开化县创建"二试点二旅游区"应该成为茶产业寻求突破的新机遇,要抓住机遇完善政策,从提高茶资源综合利用、一二三产递次跟进、培植龙头企业、拓展国内国际市场等方面入手,实现茶产业的转型升级,为茶产业开辟新发展之路提供有益借鉴。

As the ecological advantages, excellent quality of tea and brand building for years, tea industry inKaihua is developed rapidly. However, there are a few common issues still existed in tea industry, such as lowutilization rate, high costs of famous tea, low mechanization level, etc. Those issues are required highest attention.The establishment of ＂Two pilots ＆ Two tourist areas＂ is a new opportunity for tea industry. Tea industry should betransformed and upgraded by seizing opportunities, improving policies, increasing tea resource utilization, cultivatingleading enterprises and marketing domestic and overseas business. That would provide valuable reference for thedevelopment of tea industry.
