浙江省景宁县茶叶加工产业现状与发展策略

Current Situation and Development Strategy for Tea Processing Industry in Jingning County,Zhejiang Province

浙江省景宁县茶叶加工以加工企业和大户为主,全县通过生产许可企业14家,年加工名优茶185吨。当前存在着茶叶加工厂分布不合理、加工户缺少等问题。今后的主要措施是培育新的加工主体,建设鹤溪镇、澄照乡茶叶加工中心区,东坑镇景宁白茶加工区,以及沿溪两岸早茶加工区;同时,加大对东坑及沿溪两岸新区新建、扩建、改建茶厂的扶持力度,支持新区茶叶企业、加工户使用新设备,开展茶叶加工技术培训,全面提高加工主体的技术水平。

Tea processing is dominated by processing enterprises and some individual processors in Jingningcounty, Zhejiang province. There are 14 enterprises passed production certification, whose annual famous high-quality tea is 85 tons. Currently, there are some problems, such as unsuitable distribution of tea processing factories,shortage of processors and so on. From now on, the main measures to solve above problems are as follows： cultivatingnew processing subject, constructing tea processing center of Hexi Town and Chengzhao village, Jingning white teaprocessing area of Dongkeng town and early tea processing district on both sides of the rivulet. Meanwhile, buildingnew tea tea processing factories, expanding and reconstructing the old ones, using new equipments and training teaprocessing skill should be strongly supported. That will improve the technical level in this area.
