On Mental Health Status of Young College Teachers

采用SCL-90症状自评量表测量高校青年教师心理健康状况,表明高校青年教师心理健康问题突出,其中躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑四个因子均分都高于全国常模,并具有显著性.高校青年教师心理健康问题表现具有社会、学校、个人三个层面的成因,国家、社会、学校应积极构建有利用于高校青年教师发展的平台,为青年教师心理健康发展提供强有力的保障,教师个体也应学会应对压力,运用适当的策略减轻压力感受,保持健康心态.

The young college teachers are the fresh blood and backbone for the development of the school,their psychological health status directly impact the promotion of school education and scientific research as well as the quality of talent cultivation. Psychological health problems of the young college teachers are discussed and the causes are analyzed from the three aspects： society,school,and individual,and relevant countermeasures are put forward to help the young college teachers to maintain sound psychological health.
