美多巴停用致恶性综合征2例报道

Madopar withdrawal induced malignant syndrome:report of two cases

目的探讨恶性综合征的临床表现,了解导致恶性综合征的诱因。方法报道2例患者因停用美多巴导致的恶性综合征,复习相关文献进行讨论。结果 2例患者均为长时间服用美多巴突然停用导致的恶性综合征,而急性低钠血症和感染会诱发和促进恶性综合征的发生。结论恶性综合征是临床较重的急症,临床医师应提高对该病的认识。

Objective To investigate the Clinical features and other risk factors for malignant syndrome（MS）. Methods we reported two patients with MS who suddenly stop their madopar treatment and review of the previous literature. Results 2 patients with MS were taking madopar for a long time because of abrupt discontinuation madopar,and acute hyponatremia and infection can induce and worsen MS. Conclusion MS is a clinical heavier emergency. Clinicians should improve the understanding of early diagnosis of the MS.
