品管圈在降低中心药房医嘱调配差错中的应用 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨品管圈在降低中心药房医嘱调配差错中的作用。方法通过开展品管圈活动,找出影响中心药房医嘱调配差错的主要要因,并针对要因制定相应对策,分阶段进行实施与检讨,比较、分析品管圈方法实施前后中心药房药师调配针剂医嘱的差错件数。结果开展品管圈活动以后,中心药房药师调配医嘱的差错件数由活动前的每周67件降低到活动后的每周31件,目标达成率为103.4%,进步率达53.7%,效果维持情况为每周12.5件,较活动前进步率为81.3%;药师在品管手法、团队凝聚力、解决问题能力、责任感等方面有明显提高。结论品管圈活动能有效降低中心药房医嘱调配的差错件数,提高药师调配医嘱的正确率,提高病区对中心药房的满意度,保障病人用药安全,和谐医患关系。 Objective To study the effect of"quality control circle( QCC)"on the error reduction of drug allocation in the inpatient pharmacy. Methods Through implementing"quality control circle( QCC) ",we found out the main causes of the errors and took relevant countermeasures,realizing the implementation and self-criticism step by step. The error numbers of drug allocation in the inpatient pharmacy were compared and analyzed before and after the implementation of "quality control circle( QCC) ". Results The weekly average error numbers of drug allocation in the inpatient pharmacy had fallen from 67 to 31 after the implementation of"Quality Control Circle( QCC) ",with target completion rate of 103. 4% and progress rate of 53. 7%. The error numbers have maintained at 12. 5 per week,and the progress rate was 81. 3%. The pharmacists had greatly improved their Qcc methods,team cohesiveness,problem solving ability,and sense of responsibility. Conclusions "Quality Control Circle( QCC) "could effectively reduce errors of drug allocation in the inpatient pharmacy,raise the accuracy of allocating drug for pharmacists and patients' satisfaction with the inpatient pharmacy. At the same time,it ensures the safety of using drugs for patients and harmonizes the relationship between doctors and patients.
