摘要
海关对企业实施分类管理与社会信用管理必须实现深度融合,只有融合才能提升质量,只有融合才能净化环境。本文对海关企业分类管理与信用评估深度融合,运用理论结合实际案例的研究方法,从理论依据、制度设计、工作机制、实现方式等方面的具体内容进行分析,为在海关广泛推行信用管理的背景下进行改革,促进发展,提供理论参考。
A deep integration must be realized between the categorized trader management undertaken by Customs and the credit rating conducted in the private sector. Only through integration can management quality be enhanced and bussiness environ- ment be purified. This article analyzes the deep integration between Customs categorized trader management and credit evaluation in terms of theoretic basis, institutional design, working mechanism and means of realization. Through the research methodology of combining theories with real cases, the article provides theoretic references for Customs re- forms and progress against the backdrop of widespread promotion of credit management in Customs.
