摘要
润滑油在机器中使用一段时间后即需更换新油,产生的废油需要加以处理。目前处理的方式有直接丢弃、燃烧、精制再生等。直接丢弃和直接燃烧会对环境造成污染,而加工生成燃料或再生为基础油既可带来经济效益,也可减少污染。精制再生方法有硫酸-白土工艺、减压蒸馏-溶剂精制、絮凝、抽提絮凝、短程蒸馏、加氢等,本文分析了各种方法的特点、优缺点。
Lubricant oil must be replaced after being used for a period,the waste lubricant oil generated should be dealt with properly. Currently,there were various kinds of recycling lubricant methods,including abandonment,burning, regeneration,etc. Abandonment or burning without any pretreatment would cause pollution to the environment,while regenerating waste lubricants into fuels or base oil can be both profitable and environment-friendly. The advantages and disadvantages of regeneration technology such as sulfuric acid clay technology,vacuum distillation-solvent extraction technology,flocculation,flocculation-extraction,short path distillation,hydrogenation,etc,were discussed.
