摘要
通过RAFT法制备了一系列两亲性接枝型阴离子交换膜。并利用核磁、红外以及凝胶渗透色谱分别对接枝聚合物的组成、结构和分子量进行了表征。在单体/链转移剂/引发剂的投料比为30/1/0.25,温度为70℃反应24 h,得到的聚合物膜的离子交换容量(IEC)和吸水率(water uptake),分别为1.442 mmol/g和64%,该聚合物制成的膜的性能最优。
Preparation of amphiphilic graft copolymers via living radical graft polymerization of methyl acrylic acid, N,N-dimethyl amino ethyl ester( DMAEMA) with poly( ether ether ketone)( PEEK) in the reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer( RAFT)-mediated process was carried out. The chemical composition,structure and molecular weight of the copolymers were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance( NMR),fourier transform infrared( FTIR) spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography( GPC). The grafted PEEK was found to have high hydrophilic/ hydrophobic phase separation. With the increase in grafting degree of DMAEMA,the ion exchange capacity( IEC) was 1. 442 mmol / g and water content was 64%,respectively.
