摘要
试验对花生壳和核桃壳制备活性炭进行了研究。得出花生壳制备活性炭最佳条件为:液固比2∶1,H3PO4质量分数15%,活化温度500℃,活化时间4 h;核桃壳制备活性炭最佳条件为:液固比2∶1,H3PO4质量分数20%,活化温度700℃,活化时间2 h。研究表明:核桃壳制备活性炭更值得推广。
Experiments were researched on activated carbon produced by peanut shell and walnut shell. Research showed that the best experimental conditions of producing activated carbon with peanut shell as followings: liquid to solid ratio was 2∶1,the mass fraction of H3PO4 was 15%,the activation temperature was 500 ℃ and activation time was 4 h. The best experimental conditions of producing activated carbon with walnut shell as followings: liquid to solid ratio was 2∶1,the mass fraction of H3PO4was 20%,the activation temperature was 700 ℃,and activation time was 120 min. The research showed it was suitable for extending to product activated carbon by walnut shell.
